I'd agree it isn't acceptable and the matter should be resolved to the customers satisfaction. However I too have worked on both sides of the commercial divide so I have come to realise that there are always two sides to a story. I'm not saying this is the case here but we had a few customers that we'd quite happily have done without, expecting a bespoke Rolls-Royce for the price of a mass produced Kia. So whilst I have no problem or hesitation in highlighting legitimate and demonstrable problems with kits and/or their supply I would not be happy on this forum with personal attacks "slagging him off". There are other routes for settling grievances.That ain't acceptable at all
If we can publicise limitations of kits without getting highly emotive then any future customers can be informed and are aware of the problems before purchasing.
